Brinkmann Q-beam 12 Volt Underwater Light
Brinkmann Q-Beam Starfire II underwater fishing light small compact underwater fishing light 12 volt dc/250,000 candlepower light with 10 foot cord attracts crappie bass walleye shrimp squid mackerel and many other bait or sport caught fish including sharks by Brinkmann! I have personally used these lights and recommend them for any fisherman who makes his own bait from the boat or dock. I use these primarily for squid but I have seen them attract mackerel in the thousands and nothing like the quiet without any generators running! Used in conjunction with halogen lights you can turn the generator off and sometimes the smaller light works best when the bait are noise shy! A must have for the private boater!

Apr 12, 2010Adamo From chicagoThis light is the best really work good, I used it for smelt and i was the only one catching them out of every one else, But i did modify my light i put a green cover over it, Makes it a lot easier to see in the water and see the fish easier, And alot easyer on my eyes and seems to help out attracting the fish more Green is the best way to go. May 09, 2003YodaI've been using hese Brinkman Q-beam underwater lights to catch lobster in the Keys. They are awesome. It lights up the whole bottom and you can see everything.
Dec 01, 2002Roger MeltonsI have used these Brinkman underwater lights to catch squid at Catalina Island for the last few years. I have found that the baitfish and gamefish both swim underwater beneath the lights.
Nov 23, 2002MarkIs this light safe to use underwater?

Last Summer I used these underwater fishing lights to catch many baitfish. These are some of the best underwater lights I have found.
Jul 19, 2002Tom PayneI have been using these lights for years and have caught boat loads of fish. The bait fish swarm around the lights by the thousands and game fish move under them to feed. Whether you use them to catch bait fish or the game fish under them, they work great!
